Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work with the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg, part remote available on this role and not needed to be in lumbering as long as travel is ok for the consultant.

The role is to join their Sharepoint team That currently manages two products:
A collaboration solution for team management, team collaboration, and team organization based on SharePoint on-premise. In 2023, this solution should be moved to M365, implement evolutions, and integrate with Microsoft Teams.

An advanced document automation solution for document generation, drafting, workflow, data integration, and archiving. Further document automation will be implemented in 2023 and the solution will evolve toward M365.
The team is currently composed of 26 colleagues.

Requirements

Must Have:
- Strong experience with defining and documenting detailed business requirements based on business needs.
- Ability to lead and participate in workshops with Business and Technical colleagues.
- Strong Experience with business process modelling, agile requirement documentation, and detailed documentation of functional and technical requirements in a detailed manner while keeping the big picture.
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, M365 and document management
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Autonomous working style, detail focussed, good communication.
- French would be an advantage
- English Level C1+
- EU National or Permanent Resident

Benefits
Location: Luxembourg - Part Remote friendly, no need to be based in Luxembourg.
Daily rate: 530 EUR Gross/ Day - all inclusive with NET30 payment
Freelace or Ltd contract
Years of experience: 10+
Contract Duration: 1 year with Extensions up to 3 years
Type of Engagement: Freelancer or willing to start a freelance activity / B2B on a contract directly with us.
