Quality Engineer - Customer responsible

Locations: Arad, Lugoj, Timisoara

Job Description
Responsible for customer relations on Quality issues (management of customer complaints, knowledge, implementation, compliance and application of customer rules and specifications, management of product approval, monitoring and solving of internal Quality issues, preparation of verification instructions, working instructions, firewall, control plan, participation in FMEA meetings, participation in improvement projects (TPOC, NQC ).

Requirements
- Higher education (preferably technical)
- > 3 years relevant experience (internal or Automotive field)
- Experience in project management (small, medium)
- Knowledge of Core Tools
- Knowledge of Analysis Methods and Problem Solving (A3, 8D)
- SAP (quality module, logistics, production)
- Experience with working with customer portals
- English- written and spoken fluently
