♦️ Key Responsibilities:

As a Nurse at the Nursing Homes, you’ll lead the delivery of clinical care, ensuring the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of residents in a respectful, person-centred environment.

You’ll assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ health, and respond to changes in condition. You’ll also provide guidance to care staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care.

Key qualities include clinical competence, empathy, strong communication, and a commitment to excellence in elder care.

♦️ Essential Criteria:

EU Passport

EU Qualification (Bachelors Nursing)

NMBI English Language criteria met (IELTS or OET language  passed)

The requirements are essentially:

IELTS
Overall IELTS score of 7.0 with a minimum of 7.0 in any three components and 6.5 in any one component.

OR

OET

OET (Nursing) with Grade B in three components and C+ in one component.

NMBI Application in progress or Decision Letter received or PIN

At least 6+ months of clinical nursing experience, ideally dealing with elderly patients with dementia, frailty, palliative, convalescence, stroke, diabetes, immobility.

♦️ Shift:

Average 42hours per week
12 hour shift pattern - 3 days one week and 4 days the next week
Day 8AM to 8PM / Night 8PM to 8AM

♦️ Annual leave:

20 days paid leave per annum

♦️ Salary:

€18.50-€18.80 / hour depending on experience.

Premium Rates when working on Saturdays and Sundays, Double Pay on Public Holidays, overtime also available.

Salary Range, they also pay breaks and additional rates on weekends, the real effective salary will be €21 + per hour gross.

♦️ Relocation Package:

NMBI Application Fee and Registration Fee reimbursed (up to €495)
