Cum decurge un interviu pentru un job in IT&C

Un interviu tehnic pentru un job in IT&C este la fel ca oricare interviu de HR. Initial se urmaresc aceleasi aspecte generale ca pentru oricare alta pozitie:

• de ce si-a ales acest domeniu;
• ce il motiveazia pe candidat;
• de ce doreste o schimbare in cariera;
• ce asteptiari are de la o companie noua;
• aspectele financiare si pachetul de beneficii;

Cum analizăm CV-urile candidatilor?

– CV- ul trebuie sa fie detaliat, se vor mentiona toate proiectele la care a a participat candidatul si tipurile de tehnologii utilizate.

– Candidatul trebuie sa precizeze cu exactitate ce tool-uri / limbaje de programare a folosit, pentru ca specialistul HR sa îsi poata da seama daca respectivul candidat se potriveste cu pozitia pentru care a aplicat.

– urmarim deasemenea profilurile candidatilor pe LinkedIn. Linkedin reprezinta principala resursa de poteniiali candidati, in special în domeniul IT.
Interviul tehnic

• Cei mai multi angajatori prefera ca testarea tehnica sa fie prima proba eliminatorie .

Etapa 1

In timpul interviului tehnic:

se detaliazia proiectele in care a fost implicat candidatul + principalele realizari din punct de vedere tehnic;
se discuta rolul candidatului in cadrul echipei;

Apoi urmeaza testul scris, in care candidatul trebuie sa rezolve probleme practice pe tehnologia solicitata.

– Unele companii pot cere un sample code (un exemplu de cod scris de candidat) pentru a evalua cat de “curat” este scris.

– intrebarile tehnice sunt specifice pentru tehnologiile din Job Description!

Etapa 2

Dupa ce candidatul trece interviul tehnic, urmeaza discutia cu reprezentantul HR pentru detalii legate de interesul candidatului pentru viitorul angajator, asteptiarile sale legate de companie, promovarea profesionala, dezvoltarea personala si negocierea ofertei salariale.

Etapa 3

Urmeaza discutia finala cu Managerul de departament, pentru a clarifica:

aspecte legate de integrarea in echipa existenta
motivatia candidatului
detalii legate de beneficiile oferite de angajator si posibilitatile de evolutie profesionala in cadrul companiei, obtinerea de certificiari sau participarea la cursuri / traininguri etc.)
