We are Brains Consulting, a professional recruitment company, involved in large international projects, especially in the Medical and IT domains!

For our clients, we provide Medical Professionals all over Europe!
As a recruitment agency, we are eager to grow– to have more candidates, to have more projects, to provide more services, and to have more happy clients.

But for that we need your help!

✅ What will you need to do as a freelance recruiter in Medical?

- via different channels search for medical professionals (doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, kineto-, and carers) from Romania or other EU countries.
- promote the JD's provided by us, identify potential candidates who fit the recruitment criteria, and collect the candidates’ CVs.
- contact them, offering details about the new job possibilities.
- after the first round (phone calls), provide a list of selected potential candidates to our talent acquisition team.
- take care to collect the documents required by the Client for the registration

to the Medical Council.

✅ What we expect from you?

- You can work remotely from Romania or any other EU country, provided you have an EU citizenship.
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in the medical sector. You should build a database with your candidates, which will remain your property as long as we are in contract.
- Good headhunting skills. You will need to learn and take care of the overall recruitment process!
- Good negotiation skills and good ability to “sell a job” to a candidate.
- Good English level; French or German is considered a plus.
- After a successful candidate placement, you will write us an invoice (freelancer or LTD), based on which we could pay you for suitable candidates (this is a must).

✅ What is our offer?

- 600 € for each successfully employed Specialist Doctor candidate.
- 300 € for each successfully employed Resident Doctor candidate.
- 500 € for each successfully employed Dentist candidate

Half of the amount would be paid on the first 30 working days of your offered candidate, and the other half after 3 months.

- Continuous communication with our talent acquisition team, which could help you to work seamlessly and faster.
- Weekly (online) meetings with the talent acquisition team to discuss the situation inside the market, the progress with the applicants, files, and documents.
