This new program takes into account your need to improve your language skills and adapt to the culture and professional environment of the destination country
➡️ Requirements:
• Nursing degree recognized in EU;
• EU Citizenship;
• medium level of English
• Availability to join the language course
• Flexibel to live anywhere in the Netherlands
➡️ Main tasks in Nursing Home and Home care:
- Wound Treatment;
- Insulin Administration;
- Medication preparation and administration;
- Measurement of Vital Signs;
- Placement of probes;
- Assisting the patients with their hygiene and dressing;
➡️ Language training:
Every month we will organize groups of 6-8 Nurses who will startthe Dutch language courses from English language.
• FREE language course (A1–B1 – approx. 2.5 months online and 1 month in person):
- intensive Dutch lessons
• online courses 4 hours/ day, Monday to Friday)
• Study allowance of €1,200 (€600 x 2) during the online course
• Free accommodation and meal allowance during the in-person month
• Flight to the Netherlands
• Airport pick-up
• Costs covered for the B1 exam and registration fees with the BIG Register

Working hours: 32–36 hours per week (flexible options available)
Competitive Salary Package
First Year:
• your total net monthly income (salary + benefits) to approx. €3,000!
• Gross salary: €2.573 /month (based on 36 hours) ~ approx. €2.335 net
• Irregular shift bonus (see annex for percentage details)
• Year-end bonus (equivalent to 1 full salary)
• Relocation allowance: €425 net/month
• Housing support: €175 net/month (if rent receipts are shared with the employer)
• Pension plan
• Additional benefits: annual holiday, travel expense support, 30 days of paid leave
Second Year:
• Gross salary: €2.881 /month (based on 36 hours) ~ approx. €2.520 net/ month
• All other benefits remain, bringing your total net monthly income to approx. €3,200!
Housing Support:
The employer will provide professional support to help you find suitable accommodation, ensuring a smooth transition to your new life in the Netherlands.
Important Information About the Process:
• The employer will assist in finding housing, aiming to make the process as smooth as possible.
• In exceptional cases, if no housing is available on the market, external real estate agents may be involved. In such cases, associated costs may be the candidate's responsibility.
• You should also consider first-month expenses, including rent, deposit, and personal costs.
• If needed, the employer may support some of these costs, depending on the situation and following an individual review to ensure a smooth and affordable relocation.
Irregularity bónus:
• Monday to Friday, 00:00 – 06:00: 44%
Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 07:00: 22%
Monday to Friday, 20:00 – 22:00: 22%
Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 24:00: 44%
• Saturday, 00:00 – 06:00: 49% Saturday, 06:00 – 08:00: 38% Saturday, 12:00 – 22:00: 38% Saturday, 22:00 – 24:00: 49%
• Sundays and public holidays, 00:00 – 24:00: 60%
• December 24 and 31, 18:00 – 24:00: 60%
➡️ The process:
1. Schedule a meeting with one of our consultants to analyse the job offer in detail and clarify any questions related to the process.
2. Schedule an interview with the client.
3. Preparation session for the interview, with the aim of providing essential
information, practical tips and strategies for an effective interview.
4. Interview with the client.
5. If the candidate is approved, they will be placed in a Dutch class, with dates previously defined and discussed with the candidate, whenever possible.
6. The training department will contact the candidate to clarify details related to the training process, duration and course schedule.
7. The consultant responsible for the recruitment process will contact the candidate to begin the process of gathering all the necessary information/documentation.
8. Throughout the training process, the entire team will be available to provide the necessary support, helping to overcome any difficulties that may arise along the way.
9. After completing the classroom component, the candidate will return home to participate in a one-week technical Dutch language course.
10. Allocation and travel date to the Netherlands will be determined after completion of the language course.
11. The B1 level Dutch exam will be taken in the destination country, if applicable.
12. The employer will provide support in the process of registering with the Order, where applicable.
➡️ Commitment and reimbursement clause
The client invests significantly in the candidate, covering the costs of the language course, training grant and accommodation during the face-to-face components. In return, the candidate undertakes to remain working at the assigned healthcare institution for a minimum period of 12 months.
If the candidate decides to leave their position before the 12-month period, they understand that the employer may request reimbursement of the amount previously invested. However, both parties value a solid and lasting commitment, encouraging the continuity of the project and the success of the entire team, for mutual benefit.
Language training
The Dutch course (levels A1 to B1) lasts approximately three and a half months and is delivered in a blended format, with online and face-to-face sessions led by native teachers.
The first phase of the course, lasting approximately two and a half months, takes place entirely online.intensive Dutch lessons (4 hours/ day, Monday to Friday)
During this stage, participants receive a scholarship worth €1,200, to be paid in two instalments of €600.
The second phase, lasting one month, takes place at a training academy in Porto, Portugal and includes accommodation and meals.
