Location: Kildare, Ireland
Salary: €80,000 – €85,000 per annum + Company Car/Allowance

♦️ About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join a multi-disciplinary engineering team delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing the civil engineering scope of works from design through to construction, commissioning, and client handover.
The role offers the opportunity to lead high-value projects, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and contribute to the sustainable development of essential infrastructure.

♦️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the civil engineering and building scope of works across assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, process).
- Manage project performance including programme, budget, risk, and opportunity.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor engagement, and cashflow management.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to engineering staff.
- Contribute to tendering opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a collaborative “one-team” culture across project teams.
♦️ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Project Management role.
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Level 8 Honours or equivalent).
- Experience in water and wastewater projects (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations.
- Proven experience in civil works including earthworks, concrete, pipelaying, and buildings.
- Skilled in programme management software (MS Project) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Full driving licence required.

- Salary: €80,000 – €85,000 per annum (with annual review).
