➡️ Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team full-time in Romania. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional development organization, designing and delivering scalable, secure, and reusable operational platforms for a global fintech company.

You will define the architectural vision across systems, integrations, data, and AI-driven solutions, while providing technical leadership and guidance to multiple development teams.

➡️ Key Responsibilities

♦️Architecture & Strategy

- Define and own the technical vision and enterprise architecture for business operations systems, applications, and integrations

- Create architectural blueprints and scalable designs for new business products, services, and processes

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance platform capabilities

♦️AI & Data Architecture

- Establish AI architecture principles, including model selection, frameworks, governance, and lifecycle management

- Design reusable AI agents and services to enable modular, efficient, and scalable deployments

- Drive AI-enabled automation, orchestration, and data-driven process optimization

- Define frameworks and standards for APIs, data pipelines, automation, and AI-driven workflows

♦️Integration & Platform Engineering

- Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of internal and external system integrations

- Own the full lifecycle of integration services and data pipelines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance

- Develop standards for API design, data exchange, CI/CD pipelines, and integration frameworks

♦️ Governance, Security & Quality

Implement security, monitoring, observability, and change management practices across all solutions

- Define development standards, code quality guidelines, and architecture review processes

- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and operational best practices

♦️ Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead and mentor the Integration Development Team, ensuring high-quality delivery

- Provide technical guidance to Business Operations (BizOps) development squad leads across multiple domains

- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, BI Analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions

➡️ Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, system integration, or senior software development roles

- Proven experience designing scalable, secure, enterprise-grade applications and integrations

- Hands-on experience with AI and LLM-based solutions, including RAG, prompt orchestration, caching strategies, document processing, and latency optimization

- Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including model selection, training, and deployment

- Strong expertise in API design, data pipelines, and cloud-based integration platforms

- Experience leading technical teams or managing development squads
Solid understanding of security, observability, and data governance best practices

- Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and integration tools (REST, GraphQL, ETL frameworks, CI/CD pipelines)

- Experience with BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Tableau)
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

➡️ Nice to Have

Experience with
- Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

- Experience with MuleSoft or comparable integration platforms

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Experience with AI agents, LLM orchestration frameworks, and automation platforms

- Strong understanding of business process automation and operational systems
