Despre Companie: este o Companie de solutii digitale de management / o suită de softuri menite să facă managementul unei afaceri simplu și corect. Îți permite să faci management prin obiective, responsabilități măsurabile și proceduri clare. Anul acesta pe lângă multe îmbunătățiri pe care le vom aduce celor 3 softuri existente vrem să adăugăm cel puțin încă 2 care să întregească ecosistemul.
Compania are în prezent o echipă de peste 20 de programatori care dezvoltă funcționalități și alte softuri noi. Și avem peste 200 de companii care folosesc acesta companie pentru a se organiza și a face management corect.

Și avem nevoie de oameni remarcabili care să îi poată ajuta imediat ce dau peste o problemă în software pentru managementul companiei lor.
Chiar dacă majoritatea răspunsurilor se găsesc în documentația softurilor, nu toți antreprenorii și angajații caută în documentație. Sau înțeleg ușor documentația.

Avem nevoie de 2-3 persoane care să poată să înțeleagă foarte bine cum funcționează softurile și sistemul de management, iar apoi să ajute clienții într-un timp foarte scurt prin chat, email sau dacă este nevoie, telefon.
Ajută foarte mult experiență în customer service și în IT.
Majoritatea echipelor noastre lucrează remote. Însă dacă preferi biroul, avem disponibile în București și în Târgu Mureș.

Uite câteva dintre responsabilitățile acestui rol:
• Răspuns la solicitările clienților (email și chat)
• Preluarea tuturor sugestiilor/ problemelor de la clienți și comunicarea cu echipa tehnică
• Setarea emailurilor recurente în ActiveCampaign
• Participare live la webinarii, luat notițe și apoi adăugat noul articol de suport, cu înregistrarea
• Actualizare articole de suport, text, gif, video (săptămânal)
• Verificare status abonamente și plăți (zilnic)
• Contactat clienți cu probleme la plata abonamentului/ cereri reziliere sau cereri de contact

Rolul de customer service în aceasta companie este unul dintre cele mai importante roluri din companie. Degeaba oferim cele mai bune unelte și cea mai bună informație dacă antreprenorii și echipele lor nu o pot pune în practică, sau trebuie să aștepte 1 zi să primească răspuns la o solicitare simplă.
